Introduction

  • Led a team of five to eliminate full tool licenses of LexisNexis, Dun & Bradstreet, Thomson Reuters products by integrating the APIs to bring a seamless and uniform UI for back-office investigations. Running costs savings by a million USD per year

  • Fully owned the design and development of a system to interface with all the external ticketing systems; integrated ServiceNow, Remedy, Salesforce, Internal-IT etc. under one roof. Served as the entrance of the automation platform that is “ignio by Digitate”
  • Completely owned the research, analysis, design and development of building a flexible MS Windows remote connector retaining LIVE sessions, which enabled the automation flows to operate on all the Windows Servers running OS version above Windows Server 2000. A game-changer for the Ignio IT Automation Platform which until then had only supported Linux, *Nix connectors using SSH

    • Microsoft Windows connector enabled TCS Digitate Vertical to secure business clients running on windows servers; was also awarded Star of the Year for this feat

  • Developed a niche SMS Notification system using GSM modems and Samsung Phones, learnt and used an arcane “Hayes AT command set” instructions sent via Serial/COM Ports
